Consent

Booking a taxi requires essential personal data. By providing the minimum necessary information, you enter into a contract for transport services and therefore this data must be processed to fulfil your booking.

Consent is only used for optional elements such as analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

What Data Do We Collect?

  • Booking details – name, phone number, pickup & drop-off locations
  • Trip information – date, time, route preferences
  • Communication data – email and message content
  • Technical data – IP address, browser information, device data

We do not record telephone calls.
