A Life in Transport
I've spent most of my career moving things — and people. For years I worked as a dangerous goods driver across Europe, covering routes through Spain, France, Germany, and beyond. In 2021, I moved to Dublin and continued in heavy goods before getting my SPSV taxi licence and starting a new chapter behind the wheel of a taxi.
Driver by Day, Developer by Night
Alongside driving, I've always been building things online. I studied digital marketing in Madrid and have been creating websites for years. It's an unusual combination — but it gave me a unique perspective. I understood both the road and the technology, and I could see what was broken from the inside.
Three Years of Seeing What's Broken
After three years working with various taxi platforms in Dublin, the pattern was clear: high commissions eating into drivers' earnings, surge pricing confusing passengers, forced dispatch removing driver choice, and a general lack of interest in providing quality service to either side. The platforms had forgotten who actually makes the system work.

I built CaminoCabs from the ground up — every line of code, every feature, every policy — with one core principle: the two most important parts of any taxi platform are the passenger and the driver. A passenger can find a taxi without any app. A driver can find a passenger without any app. Platforms exist to make that connection better — not to extract the maximum possible fee from the people doing the actual work.
